1. Needed

Way 1: TX + software converter+ PC + LAC Remote!
Way 2 : TX + dongle + PC +LAC Remote!
Way 3 : JoyStick or USB Propo + PC + LAC Remote!
2.Download LAC Remote! and another tools.
Get LAC Remote! from download LAC apps page and then just unzip it.
If you choose a smart propo plus, get from their site.(download list page)
get "Generic SmartPropoPlus with VJoy". It is easy.
If you choose another way, get other required driver and software.(read manual of one)
3.Install to your PC
If you use a SmartPropoPlus( select "Generic Smart Propo Plus with vJoy" ). See the installation information in their sites.
If you use another device. Based on the that manuals.
4.setup
After installed LAC Remote! and another device driver or something SmartPropoPlus.Before setup. Connect cables to PC. and install something driver software. If you need.
Input and check the operation a gamepad in windows's control panel(ex. windowsXP Start>control panel>printer and other hardware >game controller)

Attention!!

Kill all any mixing data.

Launch the LAC Remote!
(after launch a SmartPropoPlus or other software if you use that.)
before setup, read a commentary of property.

LAC Remote! has 3 slot storage for setting data.

LAC Remote! can read up to a maximum of 8 input channels
(LAC Stick Trainer needs only 5 channel). select "use for -NONE-" option. you do not need. If you change about channel 8. slide a scrollbar in right.

Let's set channel settings together.
All is 8 Steps.(only first time. the time required is 3 min to15 min )
After connect TX to PC and It has been recognized as a joystick.
Protect the order of operations!! from here.
Step1,find relation of stick and channels.
XXX before start the Step1 just a click "clear all value" in data area.You try to manipulate one of them.

And find change at channel output value or slider. There is a channel associated with stick. you find out what the largest change in value.
now, I find a relation of Elevator is a channel 2.

Step2, Set a Center and Minimum / Maximum.
Stick moved and hold at Neutral. and press "Center" button. Caution! press only once. when you want to retry, press a "clear this ch setting". and restart from step1.

next hold a stick to a minimum value of minus"-"side. and press "min" button.

last you hold a stick to a max value of plus"+"side. and push "max" button.

Step3, Set Cutoff Threshold.
after Step2, please to observe that the channel value. This is a problem in the accuracy of the read signal.
change "CutOff Threshold" and press "set" button. Please try the minimum value that the channel does not become non-zero value.
Especially, Rudder/Elevata/Alron always needs to keep Zero in neutral position.
This function is not necessary for channel of Pitch and Throttle.
Consideration:This may not be necessary if you use a pure joystick. because a good joystick doesn't have the big noise.
Step4, Check manipulate stick. and watch a slider of channel value.
Any value is -1.0 to 1.0 in Dual rate 100%. move a stick one side to other side.
When a stick is max. A value is +1.0 or -1.0. (sometimes like a "-0.999998" , this is not a problem.)
If there is input in the same way, then set to repeat the same.(Elevator ,Alron, Rudder)
Step5, The case of throttle and pitch.
Setting throttle case of : set use for "THR"

Step6, set Invert in case.
A value of elevator down is minus side in LAC Remote! check a "invert" radiobox.
Correspondence table (set "invert" if you need)
- ELE > elevate's down +/up -
- ALR > alron's left +/right -
- RUD > rudder's left -/right +
- PIT > -1 is minus pitch/1 is plus pitch
- THR > -1 is stop / 1 is max, "0" is 50%
Step7, Dual Rate and EXPO
Don't change the Dual rate in your TX. Because the least input errors due to noise. but EXPO is no problem.If you want change a Dual rate, Changing is on LAC Remote! This is a better method.
Tips:Protection against a signal noise. and Regain the dead area.
after set up. you change EXPO from -30%to-50% in your TX. and then you change EXPO from 60% to 80% in LAC Remote!. in this way, EXPO total is 30% to 60%. and To recover the dead area by Cutoff Threshold.
The following features: I will implement a noise reduction function in next version of LAC Remote!.
Step8, Save settings
After you set the all channel. Don't forgot press "Save1". These steps are not necessary. These are loaded automatically if one launches next.
Step9, change setting in TX
When you finished to setup in LAC Remote!
Can be changed as you wish. (EXPO / throttle curve /pitch curve)
5.Connect from LAC Stick Trainer

| find IP address of LAC Remote! in this case, 192.168.0.72 |

| Everything is OK. Go session and then enjoy flight. |
if you see change a button that "connect to LAC Remote!" to "disconnect". or restart app.
Tips:When LAC Stick Trainer can not get a connect to LAC Remote!. please check to connect iOS device (iPhone/iPad) and PC on same LAN(Wi-fi).
